Insurance Program

We offer Insurance Products that combine multiple types of coverage, such as AccidentalDamage and Liquid Damage, with several possible types of fulfilment services. We provide turn-key products, including front-end solutions for onboarding and policy registration, sales training, paperless claims validation, claims fulfilment and reporting tools or as individual service components based on your needs. The insurance coverage is provided by locally licensed insurers, and our fulfillment services are designed to meet the needs of end users while adhering to local regulations and market conditions. We provide protection for a wide range of Gadgets and Appliances.

Extended Warranty Program

This Extended coverage is designed to protect your device from Electrical and Mechanical Failures that may occur from normal use. That means if your devices suddenly won’t charge, your speaker stops working, your screen flickers, or any internal hardware breaks down you’re still covered. It’s the same type of protection you’d get from your manufacturer, just for a longer period. Extended Warranty coverage starts immediately after the original warranty ends, ensuring there’s no gap in protection. This means you can continue using your device with confidence, knowing you’re covered through and through. We provide Extended Warranty for a wide range of Gadgets and Appliances.

Third Party Administrator Services​

Aftersales Service Programs whether they include Insurance or Extended Warranty Coverage can quickly become complex. To manage and control these programs effectively, you need specialists with the right expertise, supported by modern IT solutions. We are an experienced Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for Electronic Insurance and Warranty Programs, equipped with our own bespoke IT platform designed specifically to operate and oversee these services. We are also accredited by some companies such as PGA Sompo Insurance Corporation, Oona Insurance and Lloyd’s of London to act as their TPA for insurance programs.
