Aftersales Group

We work with a team that has a strong background in Gadget Aftersales Services. Most members of the team have over 15 years of experience in the different disciplines of our business, and have been involved in the launch of many service- and insurance programs, concerning millions of insured customers in different countries, for network operators like Smart, Vodafone, O2, Orange, KPN and T-Mobile, distributors like Techdata and Also and for insurance companies like PGA Sompo Insurance corporation, Oona Insurance, Ace Chubb, Assurant and Marsh.

IT Tools & Technology

We use the latest technology and our own specially designed IT platform to manage and control all of the relevant aftersales processes, from customer registration and first and second-line support through to claim validation and the delivery of fulfilment solutions to end-user problems. All of the involved parties are easy to connect to our IT platform at any level. The online and real-time reporting tools provide maximum insight into the performance of every (sub) area of our services. This enables us, on the one hand, to help end-users quickly – and even remotely – while monitoring the costs and the performance of our different partners, such as repair shops and logistics suppliers, on the other.

We know we are servicing the customers of our distribution partners and that the level of customer satisfaction we can create will affect their customer loyalty.

Licensed By The Dutch Financial Authorities

Aftersales Group is licenced by the Dutch Financial Authorities and accredited by Lloyd’s to act as Third Party Administrator on insurance programs underwritten by Lloyd’s syndicate insurers. We have offices in the Netherlands, Malta, India and The Philippines. In Malta we have with Atlas Gemini PCC our own underwriting facility to underwrite mobile device insurance programs in Europe.
