  • Build strong client relationships through regular visits; do onsite and offline trainings to maintain old business and acquire new customers

  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests

  • Act as the company’s representative in the field to ensure client demands are met, with focus on improving customer experience

  • Check warranty attachments, collect unregistered attachments, register enrollments on-site, and analyze consumer behavior data

  • Prepare weekly reports with analysis; collaborate with direct superior for improvements

  • Draft instructional materials, training/product presentations, and other relevant documentation
