Minimum Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related role
Strong communication skills in both English and Tagalog (verbal and written)
Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as performing back-office tasks
Ability to manage the end-to-end customer service process, including:
- Identifying and understanding customer concerns
- Troubleshooting and offering appropriate solutions

Minimum Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years in retail sales for mobile gadgets
Communicate well and discuss the company products with clients and ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
Build strong client relationships through regular visits; do onsite and offline trainings to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Act as the company’s representative in the field to ensure client demands are met, with focus on improving customer experience
Check warranty attachments, collect unregistered attachments, register enrollments on-site, and analyze consumer behavior data
Prepare weekly reports with analysis; collaborate with direct superior for improvements
Draft instructional materials, training/product presentations, and other relevant documentation
Brand Promoter (Appliances and Gadget Retail)

Minimum Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years in appliance retail and appliance insurance protection
Create awareness and influence clients to buy specific products
Deliver strong product pitches
Develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns
Engage with potential customers, explaining product features, benefits, and selling points
Set up promotional displays/booths at events, trade shows, or retail locations
Conduct product demos, samples, or trials
Monitor and evaluate promotional campaigns, adjusting as needed
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and event organizers
